Use of this app

This app helps customers request quotes from local service businesses and helps businesses track and respond to those requests. By submitting a quote request, you agree that your contact and job details may be shared with the business you contacted so they can follow up about your request.

SMS programs

We operate two separate SMS programs.

Business owner lead alerts. Sends one-time internal notification texts to the business owner when a new quote request is submitted. Customers do not receive these messages.

Customer service updates. If you submit a quote request and check the consent box, you may receive automated SMS updates from the business about your own quote or job — for example, a follow-up if your quote is still open, a reminder before a scheduled appointment, and a review request after the job is marked complete. Message frequency varies based on the status of your quote and job.

For both programs, message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text; for help, reply HELP. Opting out with STOP applies across every business on the platform for that phone number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

User Content License

By uploading or submitting photos, images, text, or other content ('User Content') to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from individuals depicted in User Content. We may remove any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

Limitations

Price estimates generated by this app are non-binding estimates only. Final pricing is determined by the business after reviewing the job in person or by the details provided.

DMCA Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent at info@cranesagency.com including: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the Service; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act. We will remove or disable infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers. A counter-notice procedure is available to users whose content is removed.
